Our mission is: We are a General Practice of law with particular emphasis in real estate conveyancing transaction including, but not limited to, divorce, bankruptcy, probate, wills and estate planning, which includes residential and commercial conveyancing; representation of buyers and sellers in residential and commercial transactions; representation of owners/developers in regulatory matters; and litigation on behalf of lenders, buyers, sellers, owners and developers. The principals of the firm are title insurance agents for Ticor Title Insurance Company, Stewart Title Guaranty Company and Old Republic Title Company.

Attorney Stephen P. Feeney has been practicing law with great detail and specializing in Real Estate and Litigation. Attorney Kristin Stone has joined our firm in 2008 bringing juvenile case management, divorce, mediation and civil case management background to expand our firm.
